FTL and LTL traffic

The system supports your employees in their daily work with powerful planning and flexible order processing. Plan your resources and see the effect immediately: your resources report costs and services for tours and orders. The motto here is to dispatch transparently.

Groupage

Fast order entry, electronic linkage to the system traffic and scanning in the hall are a part of this system. Dynamic routes make automatic routing for appropriate co-operation possible. An automated bordereau ensures correct distribution.  You get an overview of use and recommendations for recalculations. This allows you to draw conclusions with up-to-date results.

Sea freight and air cargo handling

Handling international transport by sea and air freight is depicted systematically with the BRABENDER logistic suite. Many functions such as AWB creation to BL collection, ship, port lists and compliance verification are already included.

Drivers and vehicles need to be looked after effectively. Surveillance visits, education and training, driving and working hours are managed here with technical assistance. Temperature-controlled goods

With our system, ‘set points’ can be recorded in contracts. The temperature during transport is logged, the setting of the cooling machine monitored and the operating costs managed. Cooling curves and doorways are correctly documented along with the order. If necessary, simply print the temperature proof straight from the current order or e-mail it directly to your customers.

Handling of hazardous goods 

There are several things to consider when handling jobs which include hazardous goods: whether a warning board has to be unfolded or mixed loading in one container is prohibited; whether the vehicle has the proper equipment and staff with the necessary qualifications is employed. Heavy goods transports

Swap body transport

Even complicated conditions can be billed automatically this way.

Automatic invoice creation:Some clients want invoices according to a certain criterion.  A prepared script for invoices can be created for your customers from hundreds of posts, e.g., special collective invoices can be created with just a click.

Manage quotations as you calculate:different offers have certain pricing procedures which need to be adhered to while creating them.
